Order Processing Times
Standard Shipping — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm EST (eastern region) or 2pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day. All shipping time is calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location; however, the time of arrival is not guaranteed. Arrival time for eastern region is approximately 2-3 days and approximately 4-5 days for western region.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
We offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase for an online store credit. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included with all orders. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item, simply repackage your item securely in the Lola Jeans Pack provided with your order and include a copy of your receipt along with the item(s) you're returning. Drop off your package at any post office or drop it off in the mailbox. Once we receive your return we will issue a store credit. Lola Jeans is not responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged during transit.
*** Returns are accepted on items that were not washed, worn or damaged and include all original tags.
*** If do not receive your Store credit on time, check out your Junk folder, your Store credit may be there.
*** Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.
