Canada and US Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm EST (eastern region) or 2pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All shipping time is calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location; however, the time of arrival is not guaranteed. Arrival time for eastern region is approximately 2-3 days and approximately 4-5 days for western region.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. To track the progress of your shipment, just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
You can also track the progress of your shipment by logging into your account. Select the order you want to track and click on View Details to see the shipment progress.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and call Customer Service @ 1-888-954-8552 or email info@lolajeans.ca so that we can assist you with your order. Please note that if you refuse your order, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
Canada and US Return Policy
We want to make sure that you’re as happy with your Lola Jeans products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Simply repackage your item(s) securely in the Lola Jeans Pack provided with your order and include a copy of your receipt along with the item(s) you're returning. A prepaid shipping label is included with your order. Drop your package at any post office or in the mailbox. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund.
For purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day, returns are not included. Simply repackage your item(s) securely in the Lola Jeans Pack provided with your order and include a copy of your receipt along with the item(s) you are returning. You can use the carrier of your choice to return your package. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund.
International Shipping Policy
Lola Jeans does not pay for international shipments.
